NESTORE presented to the European Economic and Social Committee (24 Feb. 2020)

“Coordinated services for an active and healthy ageing” is the title of an upcoming debate organised by the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC)’s Consultative Commission on Industrial Change (CCMI) on 24 February 2020 in Brussels. Our partner Ilenia Gheno, from AGE Platform Europe will attend to present several EU projects, including NESTORE.

This event intends to follow up on the EESC opinion “Economic, technological and social changes in advanced health services for the elderly” – CCMI/165, which refers to AGE Platform Europe for the modelling of suitable funding policy for universal access to personal services. The EESC invited AGE Platform Europe as panelist for the session “Healthier living with new technology”, to convey the main insights on ageing with technology from older people’s perspective.

AGE will present the NESTORE project, thus providing the opportunity to address its findings and ambitions towards a diverse and informed audience.
